Estimates and formal proposals
AI-assisted project estimates are indicative and non-binding. Scope, budget, taxes, currency assumptions, timelines and support coverage require technical discovery and formal commercial approval. Only a manually approved proposal can be labeled a formal quotation.
Your submitted material
You must have permission to share your requirements and uploaded documents. Do not submit malicious content, credentials, illegal material or confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.
Project delivery and support
A separate signed agreement defines deliverables, acceptance criteria, intellectual property, payment terms, warranty, exclusions and support. Maintenance plans do not automatically include 24/7 coverage, uptime guarantees or compliance certification.
Third-party costs and dependencies
Cloud usage, software subscriptions, external integrations, taxes and data migration may carry additional costs unless expressly included. Timelines depend on agreed scope, team capacity, access and timely client decisions.
Service availability
Estimation can fail or need clarification. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and requires human review. The configured usage limits and file restrictions protect service availability.
