Information we collect
We collect project requirements, uploaded documents, estimate details, contact information and the consent you provide. Essential session cookies keep your estimates private and enable admin authentication. We do not store leads, estimates or authentication in browser localStorage.
How information is used
Information is used to analyze requirements, generate indicative estimates and PDFs, deliver a requested estimate, and manage project consultations. Optional promotional consent is separate from quotation delivery consent.
Service providers
In a configured live deployment, OpenAI processes requirement text, private S3-compatible storage holds files, MongoDB stores business data, and the configured transactional email provider delivers messages. Development mode uses explicitly labeled local/test providers.
Retention and access
Uploaded source documents are configured for deletion after 30 days by default. Lead and quotation records are retained for business follow-up until a deletion request or retention decision. Session ownership restricts access to documents and estimates; authorized staff can review them for delivery and follow-up.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of optional marketing consent through the contact form. Avoid uploading credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Contact and policy updates
Use the contact form for privacy inquiries. Company identity and verified contact details are managed in the company settings. This policy must be reviewed for the actual deployment, processors, jurisdictions and retention requirements before public launch.
